Smartphone Customer Satisfaction Honors Go to Samsung S3 in US, But Apple Tops in South Korea

A smartphone consumer survey released by the American Customer Satisfaction Index says Samsung is tops with its Galaxy S III and Note II. The study gives 2013 customer satisfaction benchmarks for 10 of the past year’s top-selling smartphone models in the United States. THX Sues Apple Over Slim Speaker Patent Infringement

THX, the audio company, is filing a lawsuit against Apple for patent infringement. The lawsuit claims that latest versions of the iMac, iPhone, and iPad contain technology relating to narrow profile speakers with enhanced sound output which THX has patents on. Basically, we are talking about a speaker which is covered in front and the sound comes out the side. THX calls it the Slot Speaker.
