WOW Patch 3.1.3 Download for World of Warcraft
According to the MMO community, the WoW (World of Warcraft) 3.1.3 Patch will be released to the public tomorrow. The patch will not provide any major improvements or changes to the game, apparently those are coming with the WoW 3.2.0 Patch.

Bug Fixes
* Druids Tier 8 Balance set 4-piece bonus doesnt have its effect consumed by Starfire casts in progess when triggered anymore. Now it has only 8% chances to be trigered.
* The Ice Layered Barrier has been upgraded to item level 232 and its stats have been updated correctly. Now it shows 50 stamina, 52 intellect, 16 mana per 5 seconds, 48 haste rating, and 78 spell power.
* The stats in the tooltip for Pulsing Spellshield have also been updated to show correctly. It now shows 45 stamina, 45 intellect, 42 critical strike, 34 haste rating, and 69 spell power.
Dungeons, Ulduar, Mimiron
* Rocket Strikes flight time has been increased.
* The Rocket Strikes now try to prefer players at range.
* V-07-TR-0Ns Leviathan Mk II is now stunned during Phase 4, when P3Wx2 Laser Barrage is casted by the VX-001 component.
* Proximity mines now last shorter and deal less damage.
Other updates:
* Death Knights now have armor bonus down to 60% from 80% for Frost Presence.
* Druid: Improved Barkskin offers 80 to 160% more armor while in Travel Form.
* Druid: The Tree of Like Form talent has been decreased to 67/133/200% bonus armor.
* Hunter: Hunters Mark now increases the attack power bonus by 500.
* Hunter: Master Marksman decreases the Aimed Shot and Chimera Shot bonus by 5/10/15/20/25%.
* Paladin: Eye for an Eye deals back to the attacked 5 - 10% of the critical strike damage taken.
* Paladin: The Hand of Freedom duration has been reduced to 6 seconds.
* Rogue: Overkill increases energy regeneration for 20 secnds after breaking stealth, by 30%.
* Warlock: The Chaos Bold doesnt ignore damage reduction anymore.
* Items: Death Knight PvP Gauntlets dont have the chance to refresh a Frost Rune anymore. Those gloves now regenerate 5 runic power when Chains of Ice is used.
