Microsoft to Give Xbox 360 Users Demo of Resident Evil 5

If you can't wait until March to start playing Resident Evil 5, Microsoft is giving Xbox 360 owners a two-level demo for one week beginning January 26th. The two levels are Assembly Place and Shanty Town and you can even play coop mode with the system or on Xbox Live.

Resident Evil 5, known in Japan as Biohazard 5 is the forthcoming installment in the Resident Evil survival horror video game series, which is set to debut for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game officially was announced on July 20, 2005, and is scheduled for release on March 5, 2009 in Japan, and March 13, 2009 in North America and Europe. Resident Evil 5 will be an actual sequel to the Resident Evil series. Before Takeuchi took over, the game's former producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi stated "it's safe to say that Resident Evil 5 will naturally proceed from where Resident Evil 4 left off".
